29. Accounts of Association
(1) The accounts of the Association shall, at all reasonable times, be
open to inspection by a member of the Association.

(2) The Treasurer shall, not later than 6 weeks after the end of every
year, prepare and submit to the auditor appointed under section 30 a statement of accounts for the preceding year.
