26. Prosecution
Without prejudice to the powers of the Director of Public Prosecutions,
the Permanent Secretary or any officer deputed by him may conduct a
prosecution under this Act before any court, other than the Supreme Court,
and may, in relation to such prosecution, appear before a Magistrate and
swear an information.
