52. Unfair practice (1) Any act in breach of section 21, 32 or 40 shall amount to an act of unfair practice and may give rise to a claim in damages. (2) Any claim arising out of an unfair practice shall be prosecuted in accordance with the Protection against Unfair Practices (Industrial Property Rights) Act. (3) In any action under subsection (1), the Court may, notwithstanding any other enactment, order the forfeiture of any article or thing that were used in or gave rise to an act of unfair practice, as the Court thinks fit.
