53. Regulations (1) The Minister may make regulations generally for the purpose of this Act. (2) The regulations may, in particular, but without prejudice to subsection (1), provide— (a) for the payment of fees; and (b) for the procedure for the registration of industrial designs, marks and collective marks and matters related thereto. 54. —
