10. Appointed members of committees (1) Every appointed member of a committee shall hold office on such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine. (2) No appointed member of a committee shall be deemed to hold a public office solely by virtue of his appointment. (3) Every committee shall regulate its meetings in such manner as it thinks fit.
