9. Planning Committee
(1) There shall be for the purposes of this Act a Planning Committee
which shall advise the Board on any matter relating to the building of any
factory which is intended to manufacture pharmaceutical products.
(2) The Committee shall consist of—
(a) a Principal Medical Officer as Chairperson;
(b) the Chief Government Pharmacist;
(c) the Chief Government Analyst; and
(d) a Principal Engineer designated by the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of public infrastructure is assigned.
