33. Sale of antibiotics
(1) Every person who sells or supplies a therapeutic substance which is
an antibiotic shall—
(a) keep an Antibiotics Book; and
(b) make a record of every sale or supply in the Antibiotics Book.
(2) The Antibiotics Book and every requisition produced under section 32 (2) (a) shall be kept by the seller on his premises for a period of
2 years from the date on which the last entry is made.
