42. Inspectors
An inspector may, for the purpose of ensuring that this Act or any subsidiary enactment made under this Act, is being complied with—
(a) visit and inspect any premises registered or licensed under this
Act;
(b) examine any document required to be kept under this Act;
(c) seize and, with the authority of the Board, destroy any pharmaceutical product which is, in his opinion, unwholesome or unfit
for use; and
(d) institute proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act or
any subsidiary enactment made under this Act.
