43. Samples
Where an inspector takes a sample for analysis, he shall—
(a) divide the sample into 3 parts, each part to be marked, sealed
and signed by him and by the person from whom it is taken;
(b) deliver one part to the person from whom the sample has been
taken;
(c) retain one part for future comparison; and
(d) forward one part to the appropriate laboratory for analysis.
