15. Disposal of articles seized
(1) Where an article is seized under a warrant issued under section 14
and is on examination found not to have been obtained by means of an offence or used in the commission of an offence, it shall be restored to the
person from whom it was taken.
(2) Where it appears that the article was obtained by means of an offence, or used in the commission of an offence, the article shall, on the
prosecution of the alleged offender, be produced to the Court and shall be
dealt with as the Court may direct.
