25. Limits of ports
(1) Without prejudice to any functions which may be exercisable outside
the limits of a port, the Authority shall have the jurisdiction and powers of a
Port Master exercisable within the limits of the ports specified in the Schedule.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, amend the Schedule.
