41. Bonded warehouses
(1) Where a warehouse of the Authority is approved and appointed as a
bonded warehouse, the Authority shall give general security to the satisfaction of the Director-General of the Mauritius Revenue Authority for payment
of the duty in respect of goods stored in the bonded warehouse or for the
due exportation of the goods.
(2) Where security has been given by the Authority under subsection (1),
no further security shall be required by the Government from any other person to the same effect.
