38. Regulations
(1) The Minister, may, on the recommendation of the Authority, make
such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Any person contravening any regulation shall be liable, on conviction,
to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 12 months.
