21. Terms and conditions of appointment of Director-General
(1) Subject to this section, the Director-General shall hold office on such
terms and conditions as may be determined by the Prime Minister.
(2) The Director-General shall be appointed for a term of not less than
3 years and not more than 5 years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(3) The Director-General shall occupy his office in a full-time capacity and
shall not engage in any other activity for which he is remunerated in whatever form.
