36. Audit and annual reports (1) The Commission shall, not later than 6 months after the close of every financial year, issue an annual report on the activities, and furnish audited accounts, of the Commission for that financial year, to the Parliamentary Committee. [Issue 1] P24 – 20 Revised Laws of Mauritius (2) The Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee shall, at the earliest available opportunity, but not later than one month after receiving a report under subsection (1), lay a copy of the report and audited accounts of the Commission before the National Assembly. [S. 36 amended by s. 13 of Act 24 of 2005 w.e.f. 1 October 2005.]
