43. Notification of corruption offences
(1) Any person may—
(a) without disclosing his identity; and
(b) orally or in writing,
notify the Commission or an officer of the existence or possible existence of
a corruption offence.
(2) The Commission shall take all steps that may be necessary to facilitate the notification to the Commission of the possible existence of an act of
corruption.
