44. Duty to report corruption offences
(1) Where an officer of a public body suspects that an act of corruption
has been committed within or in relation to that public body, he shall forthwith make a written report to the Commission.
(2) The Commission shall issue such guidelines as it considers appropriate to ensure compliance with subsection (1).
