22. Schedules of contributions
(1) A private pension scheme shall prepare, maintain and, from time to
time, revise a schedule of contributions showing—
(a) the rates of contributions payable and the amounts actually paid
towards the scheme by the sponsoring employer and the members of the scheme, as the case may be; and
(b) the dates on or before which such contributions are to be paid.
(2) The Commission may, in FSC Rules, provide for the form and manner
in which a schedule of contributions or any matters related to contributions
in general shall be prepared and maintained.
