23. Investment rules
(1) Every private pension scheme shall have a prudent written investment
policy on the investment of the assets of the scheme.
(2) The Commission may issue FSC Rules on admissible assets, spreading of risks, the minimum contents of a written investment policy and the
implementation of investment decisions.
