13. Protection from liability
(1) No liability, civil or criminal, shall attach to any member or to an employee of the Authority, in respect of any act which any one of them has
done or omitted to do in good faith in the execution or purported execution
of the functions of the Authority.
(2) Every member and every employee of the Authority shall be deemed
to be a public functionary within the meaning of the Criminal Code.
