14. Receipts and payments of Authority
(1) The Authority may receive any money appropriated from the Consolidated Fund or Capital Fund and any other money lawfully accruing to the
Authority from any other source.
(2) The Authority shall establish a General Fund into which all monies received by it and out of which all payments required to be made by it, shall be
paid.
(3) Any cheque on any banking account kept by the Authority shall be
signed by any 2 of the following persons—
(a) the Chairperson;
(b) the Director;
(c) such other officer as may be designated for the purpose by the
Board.

(4) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, establish such
other special fund as it thinks fit for its development.
