36. Restoration of name and other particulars to register
(1) Where the name and other particulars of a professional architect have
been removed from the register of professional architects in accordance with
this Act, the name and other particulars of that person shall not be restored
except by order of the Council or of the Supreme Court.
(2) The Council may, on its own motion or on application of the person
concerned and after holding such inquiry as it may determine, cause the
name and other particulars of a person which have been removed from the
register of professional architects to be restored.
