37. General Fund
The Council shall set up a General Fund—
(a) into which shall be paid—
(i) any grant, donation and contribution received by it;
(ii) any fee, rental or interest; and
(iii) any other sum which may lawfully accrue to it;
(b) out of which all payments required to be made by the Council
shall be effected.
