16. Appeals
(1) Subject to subsection (2), an appeal shall lie to the Judge in Chambers against any decision concerning a protection, occupation or tenancy
order in the same way as an appeal lies from a decision of a District Court in
the exercise of its civil jurisdiction.
(2) No appeal shall lie against any decision concerning interim protection
orders, interim occupation orders or interim tenancy orders.
(3) An appeal against an order shall not have for effect to suspend its
operation until the decision of the Judge in Chambers.
