123. Establishment of leper hospital
(1) The President may—
(a) cause to be erected and established in Mauritius a leper hospital
for the detention of persons affected with leprosy and removed
to it under this Act;
(b) appropriate and set apart any State land for the purpose of establishing a leper hospital.
(2) The establishment of the leper hospital and the boundaries of any
land appropriated and set apart under subsection (1) shall be notified in the
Gazette.
