124. Notification of leprosy
(1) Any person who gets to know that some other person who is outside
the leper hospital and not exempted under section 135 from this Part is affected or is suspected of being affected with leprosy may report the fact or
suspicion to the Sanitary Authority.
(2) The Sanitary Authority shall bring the matter to the notice of the
Magistrate of the district in which the affected or suspected person resides.
