130. Entry in leper hospital forbidden
(1) No person shall be permitted to enter the leper hospital except in accordance with regulations made under this Act.
(2) Except as provided in this Part, no communication or intercourse shall
be allowed between persons detained in the leper hospital and any person
other than an officer or attendant.
