131. Lawful detention
(1) Every person shall, during the course of removal to or while detained
in the leper hospital under this Part, be deemed to be in lawful detention until
discharged and while in detention shall be subject to this Part.
(2) Any person escaping from lawful detention may be pursued, arrested
without warrant and taken back into detention by any person at any place
where he may be found.
