16. Offences
Any person who contravenes sections 9 to 15 or fails to comply with any
order or notice issued under any of those sections shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable for each contravention to a fine not exceeding 200 rupees and to a further fine not exceeding 5 rupees for every
day during which the offence continues.
