162. List of authorised cemeteries
(1) All cemeteries which are in use at the commencement of this Act and
such other cemeteries as may be authorised by the President shall be
deemed authorised cemeteries.
(2) Notice of the cemeteries authorised by the President shall be published in the Gazette.
