163. Permit to exhume
(1) Subject to section 165, no person shall exhume a dead body or any
human remains which may have been interred in an authorised cemetery or
in any other cemetery, burial ground or other place without a permit.
(2) The permit under subsection (1) shall be granted only to the legal personal representative or next of kin of the person buried or to his duly authorised agent.
(3) The permit may be granted by the Permanent Secretary in respect of
any dead body or human remains interred in any cemetery, burial ground or
any other place.
