175. Where Magistrate has ordered autopsy
Where a Magistrate has ordered an autopsy to be performed on a dead
person under section 110 of the District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal
Jurisdiction) Act, no cremation shall take place until all the proceedings referred to in that section have been completed.
