181. Maintenance
(1) The maintenance of the works shall be carried out by Government or
by the owner of the land in the circumstances and under the conditions
specified in section 179.
(2) The cost of the maintenance of the works shall be borne by the same
parties and in the same proportion as the costs of execution.
