182. Entry on lands
(1) In the execution of any work under this Act, an officer or employee
of Government appointed for the purpose may enter on any land with animals, vehicles, materials, tools, workmen and labourers necessary thereto,
occupy the land and perform any act.
(2) Any person who obstructs the officer or employee under subsection (1) shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to the
penalties provided under section 3 of the Public Officers’ Protection Act,
which shall apply to this section.
