21. Entry and inspection of dwelling house
(1) Where the Sanitary Authority has reasonable ground to believe that
there exists a nuisance in a private dwelling house, he may, at any reasonable time of the day, enter and inspect it.
(2) Where on an inspection being made under subsection (1) it is ascertained that a nuisance exists, the Sanitary Authority may enter and inspect
the dwelling house.
