27. Order to be in writing
(1) An order made by the Sanitary Authority under section 22 shall be in
writing and service of the order may be effected by an officer of the Ministry
by leaving a true copy of the order with the keeper.
(2) Notice of the order shall be posted on the door of the common lodging house, and where the keeper cannot be found within 24 hours, the posting
of the notice on the door shall be held to be sufficient service of the order.
