26. Unlawful entry into common lodging house
(1) Any person who enters a common lodging house without the permission of the Sanitary Authority, after the warrant of a Magistrate has been
executed under section 25, may be evicted by any officer having power to
execute warrants and shall moreover commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 500 rupees.
(2) Notice of the warrant having been executed shall be posted on the
door of the common lodging house.
