65. When order is to be carried out
Notwithstanding any other enactment, an order made by—
(a) the Permanent Secretary under this Part may be carried into effect within such time as he thinks fit;

(b) the Minister for the burning or destruction of a house, building,
premises or hut may be carried into effect within such time as
he thinks fit.
