66. Where building insured
Where a house, building, premises or hut insured against fire is burnt under the powers granted under section 52, the owner of the house, building,
premises or hut shall—
(a) not be entitled to recover from the insurance company the
amount of the policy held by him;
(b) only recover the amount of the compensation as finally assessed
under this Part.
