67. Documents to be issued free of charge
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the District Court, the Master and the Supreme Court may in the exercise of their jurisdiction, order that—
(a) a document necessary for the assessment or distribution of compensation shall not be stamped or registered;
(b) all copies of a document referred to in paragraph (a) which is in
the custody of any Court or Government department be issued
free of charge.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to a document required for the purposes of litigation among interested parties.
