26A. Electronic bidding process
(1) There shall be an electronic bidding system to receive and process
bidding documents for evaluation, and for the award of any procurement
contract, in accordance with such regulations as may be made.
(2) Any reference in this Act to a document which has to be submitted in
writing shall include reference to a document submitted electronically under
the electronic bidding system referred to in subsection (1).
