36. Opening of bids
(1) Every bid shall be opened at the time and place indicated in the bidding documents.
(2) The time of bid opening shall coincide with the deadline for the submission of bids, or follow immediately thereafter, if this is necessary for logistic
reasons.
(3) Every bidder or his representative shall be authorised to attend the bid
opening.
(4) The name of the bidder, the total amount of each bid, any discount or
alternative offered, and the presence or absence of any bid security, if required,
shall be read out and recorded, and a copy of the record shall be made available
to any bidder on request.
(5) No decision regarding the disqualification or rejection of a bid shall be
taken or announced at the bid opening session.
