3A. Non-application of Parts IV, V and VI
(1) Parts IV, V and VI of this Act shall not apply to the procurement of
goods, works and services specified in the Second Schedule.
(2) Any procurement of goods, works and services specified in the Second
Schedule shall be undertaken on such conditions as may be prescribed.
