2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Company” means the State Bank Realty Ltd, incorporated in Mauritius
on 30 June 1987;
“Land” means the State Land at Queen Elizabeth II Avenue, Port Louis;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
land use is assigned.
