3. Permission to build
(1) The Company may, subject to such conditions as the Minister may
impose, build columns, canopies and projecting galleries along the frontage
of the Land onto Queen Elizabeth II Avenue, Port Louis.
(2) The Company shall, at all times and at its own cost, maintain the
colonnade, canopies and projecting galleries in good repair and ensure that
they are not sources of danger to the public.
