14. Additional assistance in case of need Where the number of officers available for duty in an institution is insufficient to secure the good management of the institution, the Commissioner may— (a) with the approval of the Public Service Commission, recruit such temporary officers as may be necessary; and (b) with the approval of the Commissioner of Police, call for the assistance of such police officers as may be required.
