43. Access to documents
(1) In the exercise of his duties under this Act, the Receiver may, at all
reasonable times, examine, make extracts from, and take copies of, any
document under the control or in the custody of an officer.
(2) The power conferred under subsection (1) shall not, in relation to a
will or other notarial deed containing a stipulation of a testamentary nature,
be exercised before the death of the testator.
