44. Reference to registration in documents
(1) Where a registered document is referred to in a document which is to
be registered, the document to be registered shall indicate—
(a) the date of registration;
(b) the volume of the register in which the document is registered; and
(c) the registration number,
of the registered document.
(2) Where a judgment is given or a decision taken on a registered document, the judgment or decision shall bear a mention of that fact.
(3) Where a document contains a false reference to the registered number
of a deed, every party to the document shall commit the offence of forgery.
