10. Consequences of refusal to register (1) Where the Registrar refuses to register an association, the association shall be dissolved— (a) where no appeal is lodged under section 7 (3), not later than one month after the date of a notice under section 7 (2); (b) where an appeal is lodged under section 7 (3) and the appeal is dismissed, not later than one month after the date of the dismissal of the appeal. (2) Where an association which is required to be dissolved is not dissolved within the time specified in subsection (1), the association shall commit an offence and the association shall be wound up by the Registrar in accordance with section 18.
