11. Rules of association
(1) The rules of every registered association shall make provision for the
matters specified in the Schedule.
(2) Every member shall, on his admission and on request made to the
secretary, be entitled to receive, on payment of any fee fixed by the association which shall not exceed 5 rupees, a copy of the rules of the registered
association.
